Secrets of the Sandstone Trail

This new DVD shows the finest middle distance walk in the north west of England.  The Sandstone Trail in Cheshire, is 35 miles long  and can take 3 days walk. The path and way marking are in extremely good condition,  and there are numerous easy circular walks all along it.  With stunning views out over the Welsh hills to the West and the Pennines to the East, it's a dream to walk. The trail follows a ridge of sandstone hills that rise dramatically from the Cheshire plain and it's littered with prehistoric hillforts, we were lucky enough to visit one during an archaeological dig.      
Our DVD captures the spirit of the trail and can be watched before or after your visit.
